Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning

Games Day 2008 Baltimore

The Games Day 2008 in Baltimore had EA Mythic attend and they made sure to share quite a bit of interesting Warhammer Online information. Syp, a WAR fan made a very interesting blog post, where he go over 50 different tidbits from Games Day 2008, all Warhammer Online related of course.

One of the biggest tidbits that was announced is that" EA Mythic already planning the first two years of release, the first two big content patches, and is currently in pre-production into the first expansion pack". This is great to hear and shows that they definitely plan to keep their game interested and updated for the long haul. Content is always a big concern when it come to MMOs, players want more all the time.

A couple of people who attended to GD2008 published their reviews of the event over at Warhammer Alliance.

There's quite a few released videos from Games Day 2008. Check out four of them below.

this video of game reminds me of that game in which Asterix was running to dig holes, jump a pig, catapult etc

seriously, hope they change their mind on graphics, as looks even more cartoon-ihs than wow

Watch some of the June 20 videos. Definitely not cartoonish like WoW. Chosen armor looks BADASS!

it has the cartoony, over-stylised look because THAT is the WAR look. it's always been like that. most people think WAR looks like WoW, but the fact is, WoW ripped off WAR. and that is fact.
