European Public Test Server: Live
Magnus_GOA announced that the European Test Server finally went live,

investigating the cause for these authentication issues and have no ETA
at this time.
We will have the forums up as soon as possible as we are eager to hear your continued feedback on 1.2 and the new careers.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation while we correct this
issue. For now enjoy the new careers on PTS or have fun RvRing as the
weekend picks up!
Obviously concerning the recent announcement about the in-game items
we're giving away this downtime won't hurt your chances of winning if
you participate throughout the weekend and next week.
