Fill in the required information to be entered to win. A completed entry form must have your first and last name, e-mail address, mailing address and age. Entries must be received between Feb 13th, 2009 12:01 am (Pacific Standard Time) and March 22nd, 2009 11:59 pm (Pacific Standard Time). Curse Inc. ("Curse" or "Participant") assumes no responsibility for lost, misdirected or late entries or entries containing incorrect or incomplete information. Winners will be notified by e-mail and must respond within seven (7) calendar days or an alternate winner will be chosen. Curse Inc. shall select the prize winners on or about March 25th, 2009 by random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Only entries received within the time frames described above that contain the required information will be considered eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
All prizes will be shipped to the winners within 6-8 weeks of the receipt of signed affidavits for approved entries. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes for cash or other goods or services is permitted, except Hardcore Computer Inc. reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of approximately equal value. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Only one entry per person is allowed. More than one entry from any person or email address may void all entries from that person or email address. Employees of Prize Provider Hardcore Computer Inc. and its affiliates, and immediate family members of such employees, are not eligible to enter. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these rules and the decision of Curse, which shall be final and binding. All submissions become the sole property of Curse and will not be acknowledged or returned.
WINNER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGE CAUSED OR CLAIMED TO BE CAUSED BY PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR BY THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE.
Each prize winner must be eighteen (18) years or older, and will be further required to submit an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release and confirmation that the prize winner has followed the rules of the sweepstakes, in the form supplied by Curse (the "Affidavit and Release"), signed by the prize winner. The Affidavit and Release must be signed and returned within seven (7) days of receipt. In the event the Affidavit and Release is not returned as described above, an alternate winner may be selected for such prize. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Curse as undeliverable will result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner (who will be required to comply with similar procedures).
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT RELEASES CURSE, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES AND BUSINESS PARTNERS, PRIZE PROVIDERS AND THE EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR LIABILITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURIES, SUFFERED BY THE ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE OR USE, MISUSE OR MALFUNCTION OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED.
By entering the sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge compliance with these sweepstakes rules (including without limitation all eligibility requirements). All matters relating to the interpretation and application of these rules shall be decided by Curse in its sole discretion. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants and prize winners grant Curse permission to use his or her name, address, email address, photograph and likeness, voice and entry for advertising, publicity or other purposes without additional consent or compensation except where prohibited by law. In the event of any dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If the potentially winning entry is an Internet or other computer entry, potential winner may be requested to provide Curse with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry. If for any reason (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Curse which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes) the sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, Curse shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. Curse assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Curse is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Curse on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes.
