  • About AutoFocus
  •

AutoFocus is modified Focus addon.

Select your friendly target and use a macro "/script AutoFocus.Set()". Now you will assist selected friend all the time. The script will check your friend's target with interval of 0.5 sec.

To pause the script use "/script AutoFocus.PlayPause()". It's usefull if your selected friend is dead or far away. You can unpause the script using this macro again.

To clear the script use "/script AutoFocus.Clear()".

Dependencies:
LibSlash

Thanks to Cowboy for create Focus addon and Royal Legion guild for testing AutoFocus.

Smaug, have you considered just making Focus a dependency, and simply adding on the "Automatic" functionality you need?

This is a really great addon. I'd love to see a configurable icon that shows on the screen like http://war.curse.com/downloads/war-addons/details/aura.aspx
Or maybe you can contact them and allow a special trigger so we can setup the icon, size and location using his interface...

works great. the only thing i would like and this is my preference is a compatibility with IS Assist tracker or something on my hud that shows who im assisting.

As it stands it works perfect though and im able to keep my sorc assisted to always put on a new Harbinger while still healing everyone else with squared. this is what i wanted cause contantly updating a assist is hard to do while healing as well.

it looks like a nice addon to me:D
Does this "Now you will assist selected friend all the time" means that even if i switch friendly target i still get assist on the previous one?
IE: i'm an IB assisting my fellow WH. If i friendly target my fellow RP to guard/oathfriend him, will i still assist WH? Or am i now assisting RP?
    Thanks!

Yes, you will still assist your old friendly target. You are choosing "targeter" by using "/script AutoFocus.Set()". After that, you can switch friendly targets, and your assist will not change. If you want select new friend as "targeter" just select him and use again "/script AutoFocus.Set()".

ehm, why a dependency on LibSlash if you use /script for config instead of custom slash commands? ^^

You can use slash commands too. But it will be good idea to remove LibSlash from next version. I'll think about it.
