AutoLoot

Is it possible to make a autoloot addon that loots everything except grey trash?

I agree with Deamonicus. An autoloot addon that allow you to look only certain rarities of items like common or uncommon and whatnot would be awesome.

Any new addon on it's way?
The 'auto-loot' option isn't really an autoloot, it just takes all you wanted to loot (which you of course always do unless you have been on your way for a long time and severly lack space).
Is there an addon for looting all corpses around you?
Sometimes it's very, very hard to select the right corpse and you just leave it...

i tried to loot a lootbag from a keepraid and it automatically took the money, so the itmes are lost.

Or if you have the in-game autoloot turned off you can hold shift when you loot, which loots everything and hasn't left the window open for me yet.

The default auto-loot function in-game doesn't close the window from which you looted. I'm going to reinstall this and disable in-game auto loot until it does...

The built-in auto-loot does close the loot frame... most of the time. Sometimes it doesn't. You take the loot and see the message you looted it in the chat frme, but it remains in the frame and the frame remains open. This sometimes happened to me before I got AutoLoot, after I got AutoLoot, and still happens now that I'm using the built-in instead. I suspect it has something to do with the auto-bag sorting options, but I can't pin down exactly what circumstances cause this to happen.

I've submitted a ticket to Mythic about it, but without understanding what causes it I can't give them a hint about where to look for the problem.

All of which is a long way of saying, I don't think it's the new built-in, it just happens sometimes.

I can not say which addon was the problem but when this was installed with AutoRollSelectEr in public quest whenever something was looted I would get freezing some times lasting 20+ seconds and twice it kicked me totally from the game. Since I was in a PQ I did not have time to investigate so I will post this to both addons.

I cant find the option to enable autoloot in game and I clearly saw the patch notes stating they had added it.

It is in the WAR menu, under "User Settings." Near the bottom.

So the next level would be, "only loot if" :)

Yeah, I have to thank you Aiiane since it's clearly more effective if a game needs changing to make a popular addon than it is to make a forum post somewhere or raising a ticket. That's sort of what a lot of your addons are about anyway (changes that should really be made to the game anyway), so I'm just hoping they follow your hint about the awful awful default unit/group/warband frames :)

Yep, I can confirm that the autoloot feature works with the new patch. So this mod is no longer needed once you go to "User Settings" and select the "always autoloot" setting.

I'm glad Mythic thought this was a useful feature and finally adding an option in-game. Congrats on successfully getting your mod added as a regular feature. Thanks for this mod while it was needed.
