About AutoScreenShot

Takes a screenshot automatically when a specific in-game event is triggered.

Available commands:: /autoss on; /autoss off; /autoss triggers

Main things I'm trying to get it to trigger on for now are:: Scenario summary; Noteworty persons; PQ Completed; Player level up; Player Inf lvl update

To change these you would have to edit the code file.
I haven't found much info on event triggers at all so I am just guessing what these are doing so any suggestions are very welcome!
The known events can be found at TheWarWiki.

TODO:: *Try to get the triggers more precise, maybe change event triggers for some.; *Add debug mode with splash screen to see what triggered the screenshot.; *½ DONE* Setup screen to change the event triggers.; *DONE* Stop it from triggering when logging in, due to most update triggers are being executed at start.; *DONE* Add a small delay to when picture is taken since now it's usually taken before the event is seen on screen.

Installation Guide

Exit "Warhammer Online" completely
Download the mod you want to install
- Make a folder on your desktop called "My Mods"
- Save the .zip/.rar files to this folder.
- If, when you try to download the file, it automatically "opens" it... you need to RIGHT click on the link and "save as..." or "Save Target As".
Extract the file - commonly known as 'unzipping'
Do this ONE FILE AT A TIME!
- Windows
  - Windows XP has a built in ZIP extractor. Double click on the file to open it, inside should be the file or folders needed. Copy these outside to the "My Mods" folder.
  - WinRAR: Right click the file, select "Extract Here"
  - WinZip: You MUST make sure the option to "Use Folder Names" is CHECKED or it will just extract the files and not make the proper folders how the Authors designed
Verify your WAR Installation Path
That is where you are running WAR from and THAT is where you need to install your mods.
Move to the Addon folder
- Open your Warhammer Online folder. (default is C:\Program Files\Warhammer Online\)
- Go into the "Interface" folder.
- Go into the "AddOns" folder.
- In a new window, open the "My Mods" folder.
- The "My Mods" folder should have the "Addonname" folder in it.
- Move the "Addonname" folder into the "AddOns" folder
Start Warhammer Online

Translations

When you download a mod, please be sure that the mod is compatible with your translation of WAR. Some mods only work on the US versions, while some only work on some of the various European versions. These variations are called "Localizations".

This is for rvr I guess, killing blow in pve isn't that exciting or... ;-)

At the moment I don't have so much time for WAR and when I do get some I don't feel like playing around with the addons. So adding features is quite low on my list atm.
Hope you all understand.

I'll see if I can find such an event, but it might cause a lot of screenshots being taken during scenarios so it might not be such a great feature.

It does not, I will have a look and see what I can do about that, but I think it could be quite bad to take away the UI since this might trigger during fights and such.

Ya I just noticed that also icewood, I only tried the triggers on an alt char that was low level so at startup it wasn't so bad, only like 5-6 screenshots at startup but on my main it was bad, I really need to get it to only take screens after it's done with the initial loading, since it seems it load every event ever created in the tome one by one when you log in. :-(

Pasoa, you can do that by changing the code itself but I will make a setup screen for it later on. There is something called TOGGLE_SCENARIO_SUMMARY_WINDOW, that might be what you look for, but I guess it would give you a screenshot every time to look at the summary...

If you could add that one it would be amazing!

Also it would be nice to be able to turn some triggers on and off to your preferences!

Yeah, this seems like a pretty good idea, in theory. For whatever the reason though it wouldn't stop taking screen shots and caused a massive slowdown. I had to use task manager to shut off WAR. After that I went to the screen shot directory and found only 216 screens. But I myself would appreciate having an add-on like this, once it's been tackled.
