BlackBox respawn timer

BlackBox hides the infamous black "Respawning..." box that pops up after you release when dead and replaces it with a nicer and less obtrusive respawn timer bar near the upper-middle of your screen.

Installation Guide

Exit "Warhammer Online" completely
Download the mod you want to install
- Make a folder on your desktop called "My Mods"
- Save the .zip/.rar files to this folder.
- If, when you try to download the file, it automatically "opens" it... you need to RIGHT click on the link and "save as..." or "Save Target As".
Extract the file - commonly known as 'unzipping'
Do this ONE FILE AT A TIME!
- Windows
  - Windows XP has a built in ZIP extractor. Double click on the file to open it, inside should be the file or folders needed. Copy these outside to the "My Mods" folder.
  - WinRAR: Right click the file, select "Extract Here"
  - WinZip: You MUST make sure the option to "Use Folder Names" is CHECKED or it will just extract the files and not make the proper folders how the Authors designed
Verify your WAR Installation Path
That is where you are running WAR from and THAT is where you need to install your mods.
Move to the Addon folder
- Open your Warhammer Online folder. (default is C:\Program Files\Warhammer Online\)
- Go into the "Interface" folder.
- Go into the "AddOns" folder.
- In a new window, open the "My Mods" folder.
- The "My Mods" folder should have the "Addonname" folder in it.
- Move the "Addonname" folder into the "AddOns" folder
Start Warhammer Online

Translations

When you download a mod, please be sure that the mod is compatible with your translation of WAR. Some mods only work on the US versions, while some only work on some of the various European versions. These variations are called "Localizations".

As of 1.21 the respawn box is smaller. Might not need this addon any longer. The effort that went into it is still appreciated, though!

No the addon just don't work, only appear the stupid big-blackbox with the respawn, instead of the green bar of this addon.
When i say month's i mean it doesn't work since novenber(more or less) i dunno remember since patch 1.05 or 1.06.
I think it would be ok in one off the next versions but don't work yet.

Pd: Sorry my english is not very good and i don't explain my self the right way

Just to double-check, you're using version 1.5, correct?

Is the text that pops up in the big black box still "Reaparecer..." (without the " marks)?

Running version 1.5, i'll try to explain it better if i use the command /language1 (to change the game version to english version) when i die the addon works and appear the green bar with the respawn time, when i change again to spanish version /language5 when i die only appear the blackbox, not the green bar of this addon "blackbox".

The addon just don't appear in spanish version, and i dunno why :(.

Hey there, this mod is awesome btw. It still works with version 1.1a, but there seems to be one missing bit of functionality. The bar that normally moves across from right to left seems to have disappeared. The countdown text still works, so the bar isn't a big deal to me. But if it's a big deal to you, I figured you should know about it. :)

Having the same issue. It still shows the black box and "Respawning in..." but the bar does not move. No big deal, like the OP mentions, but it probably needs a quick change.

Hrm. I just tested this and the bar appears for me, moving properly. I'm not sure why it wouldn't for others.

Due to the current bug with event handler deregistration, there's no good way to unregister every event handler when it's unnecessary (sure, you could use some other event to trigger the unregistration of update_processed, but then the other event would still be registered, etc - attempting to unregister an event handler from its own event causes a hard crash in the client right now). Thus, instead it just checks to see if you're not dead, if so, it immediately returns. I promise you that the performance impact is effectively nil.
