This addon helps the Knight of the Blazing Sun player with twisting multiple Auras through a single keybinding, activating two or three in succession at regular intervals during combat.
CurseForge Project Page
Utilisation :
You will have to set up the hotbar pages you want to rotate yourself. I suggest using pages 3, 4, and 5. Pick the same slot on each page (such as the first one or the twelfth one) and assign different Aura abilities to them on the different pages.
In this way you can twist up to three different auras on three different pages.
Then you have to create a keybinding for the slot on your hotbar that will have these abilities. For example, if you use the twelfth slot on the fourth hotbar, the hotbar button to bind will be hotbar button #48.
Then you just have to launch the addon using the syntax :
- /blazing start 3 4 : If you want to use the auras on the hotbar pages 3 and 4
- /blazing start 3 4 5 : if you want to use the auras on the hotbat pages 3, 4 and 5
- The addon requires the default BuffTrackers window for the player unitframe. That is, you need to be able to see the little buff icons for Auras under your player target. If you don't, reconfigure or uninstall the addon hiding them (e.g. CUF).
- If you want to use the commands in a macro for rapid use, the syntax is the following one : /script slash("blazing start 3 4").
- The addon's intended functionality is to give you zero alerts while out of combat, with the exception of one upon activation. You won't see or hear all the bells and whistles until you get into combat. It should still rotate hotbar pages out of combat if set up correctly.
- The addon works only in a client with localization English or French. If anyone can give me the name of the auras in other languages, I can add the other localizations.
