-Renamed DPS mode to HPS / DPS to more accurately reflect what it's showing

-Fixed problem introduced by the 1.01 WAR client patch with the sync system not turning off the chat filter

-The main window is no longer hide-able through the Interface Editor; the Show/Hide button can be hidden though. (This was to avoid a problem where the Interface Editor would re-hide the window if it was hidden through the Editor then shown using the button)

-The Mouse-overs on the ability names weren't always working; the event handler has been explicitly placed on each label to try and fix it.
