  • it seems that the default character's buff is still anchored there even with DBD, though the group buff/debuff's are gone, the character's ones are still left alive!

    Yes, because DBD, as the description states, only removes them from group frames.

    Yeah, they're still doing code tweaks to try to get ready for the WoW 3.0 traffic spikes, and every so often a tweak manages to break something. >.< Hopefully once the new codebase settles down tweak-wise things will be more stable.

  • As others have noted, the addon doesn't work and hasn't been updated. Fortunately, I have written a "BuffBegone" addon (http://war.curseforge.com/projects/buffbegone/) that works and should be on the main Curse site soon.

    Here is an example of why including the option to hide all buffs is necessary.

    (Using Squared + Metahud you can still see residual Friendly Tar buffs in center top of screen)

    As Hoobs said, I would also very, very much appriciate the choice to turn of ALL the little square buffs, party, self, primary and secondary target alike. Even with buff-throttle is seems they still lag me to kingdom come.

    Is it possible to get rid of all the nasty little square buffs? I use clean unit frames and they are gone from there, magic. Now just to get rid of them from the player, primary target and secondary target frames.

    For some reason even with the stock group unit frame window set to hidden and this mod installed I still see the buffs of whomever is in my group. Is the pending 1.1 fix for this specific issue?
