This addon is to assist in managing parties and warbands.
In this description I will use the term "group" to apply to both parties and warbands. Unless otherwise specified, any features apply to both.
All options are configurable from the party options window, as shown in the screenshot. Note that if you are in a warband, you can either right click your own portrait and select "Party Options", or if you right click in the warband parties frame it's under "Warband Looting Options". The settings will NOT show under "Show Warband Options".
Features:
- Use the Locations window to quickly see the location of group/warband members.
- Send a one time message, repeat at certain intervals (no less than 5 minutes) or when the group activity changes with the groups purpose, career/level requirements, spaces left and how to join.
- Set the current and next activity by clicking on objectives or keeps in the world map.
- Option to send the message when the groups activity changes will auto-update when an objective is captured or defended.
- Choose the channel to use between Guild, Alliance, Region, Region RvR, private tells, say, shout and warband.
- Set a password for closed groups. It's included in the broadcast message, when they send it you in a tell they get an invite.
- Define what classes and levels you are looking for.
- Don't want to spam guild chat? Set it to use tells and it will send the message in a tell when friends and guildmates log on if they match any class/level requirements. Will not send to the same person more often than the time you specify as the interval.
- Repeated message stop when the group or warband is full, unless otherwise specified.
- If somebody sends you the password after the group is full, it remembers who they are and will invite them when a space opens up.
- View the list of pending invitations, right click on a person to send them a tell or remove them from the list.
Slash Commands :
/gaa [activity] - short cut to set group/warband activity, e.g. /gaa attacking the keep
/ga sendnow - sends the broadcast message right now
/ga zone - bring up the group/warband member location window
/ga pending - bring up the window showing pending invitations
/ga options - bring up the options window independent of the group options.
Caveats :
- If you have class/level restrictions and a non-guildmember sends you the password, they won't get an invite if they are anonymous or hidden.
- If you are in a warband, you must be the warband leader or select the "Allow warband broadcast" option to broadcast.
- If you are made the leader of an existing warband, it may not know the correct public/private setting. Click the Open Warband checkbox until it is at the correct setting.

Installation Guide
- Exit "Warhammer Online" completely
- Download the mod you want to install
- Make a folder on your desktop called "My Mods"
- Save the .zip/.rar files to this folder.
- If, when you try to download the file, it automatically "opens" it... you need to RIGHT click on the link and "save as..." or "Save Target As".
- Extract the file - commonly known as 'unzipping'
Do this ONE FILE AT A TIME!
- Windows
- Windows XP has a built in ZIP extractor. Double click on the file to open it, inside should be the file or folders needed. Copy these outside to the "My Mods" folder.
- WinRAR: Right click the file, select "Extract Here"
- WinZip: You MUST make sure the option to "Use Folder Names" is CHECKED or it will just extract the files and not make the proper folders how the Authors designed
- Verify your WAR Installation Path
That is where you are running WAR from and THAT is where you need to install your mods.
- Move to the Addon folder
- Open your Warhammer Online folder. (default is C:\Program Files\Warhammer Online\)
- Go into the "Interface" folder.
- Go into the "AddOns" folder.
- In a new window, open the "My Mods" folder.
- The "My Mods" folder should have the "Addonname" folder in it.
- Move the "Addonname" folder into the "AddOns" folder
- Start Warhammer Online
Translations
When you download a mod, please be sure that the mod is compatible with your translation of WAR. Some mods only work on the US versions, while some only work on some of the various European versions. These variations are called "Localizations".
