LibSync v0.72 troubles during first startup after login solved

LibSync v0.71 local channel was joined even when it was not registered new handler for EOM(End of Multimessage) for better performance

LibSync v0.7 reduced information output only registered channels are joined sperarate channel for guild specific synchronization it is now possible to join addon specific channels
