Fixed the UIMod name to reflect it's current directory name. (ex:UIMod name was Bar changed to ModBar)and fixed the Dependencies Name in the Sample_Hook File to point to the corrected UIMod Name.

Make sure you change your Dependencies to "Dependency name="ModBar" instead of "Dependency name="Bar". If you download the new version.
