    Initial commit. Pinpoint allows a keybinding to be used to target
    the last friendly player you moused over - handy for targeting
    someone in need of heals in the midst of a mob of enemies. Can also
    optionally display the name of the player and a button to click-
    target in a movable frame onscreen.
