Added slash commands to control the addon.
Added sounds when cultivation stage changes.
/plantme show - Shows the addon
/plantme hide - Hides the addon
/plantme sound <on/off> - Turns sound on or off
/plantme minlvl <number> - Sets the minimum level of items in the item lists (default 1)
/plantme maxlvl <number> - Sets the maximum lvl og items in the list 0 means your crafting lvl (default 0)
/plantme help - Shows help
/plantme soundnum <number> - Sets the sound to play when cultivation stages change (default 215 "quest completed")
/plantme playsound <number> - Plays sound with the given number so you can browse sounds to find 1 you like.
