This is a very small and very simple addon to make it easier and quicker to pick different performance settings when for example approaching a heavily sieged fortress or keep.
To toggle the performance either use the slash command /perf# (with LibSlash installed) or /script perf#() (without LibSlash or for use in Macros). Replace # with one of the letters/numbers below. Also note, there is no space character between "perf" and the additional letter/number! LibSlash is not required to use this addon.
L: Activate the low quality/high performance profile.
M: Activate the medium quality/medium performance profile.
H: Activate the high quality/low performance profile.
C: Toggle between both custom profiles (activating either first or second profile)
1: Activate the first custom profile.
2: Activate the second custom profile.
Example
To activate the high quality profile, type /perfH or /script perfH()
