ReActionBarColor
This is an extension of ActionBarColor by Aiiane (http://war.curse.com/downloads/war-addons/details/actionbarcolor.aspx)
It maintains the ActionBarColor functionality but also notifies the user when reactive abilities become available. It has three ways of notifying the user: tinting the icon color (green by default), chat log message and WSCT (Warhammer Scrolling Combat Text) message.
I've also added the option to add extra notifiers for when a long cooldown ability becomes available. Get Thee Behind Me! is a Witch Hunter ability that reduces damage taken by 50% for 15 seconds, cooldown is 30s. This is very useful if you want to make sure you keep this up as often as possible. Just check the id of the ability on http://www.wardb.com (i.e. http://www.wardb.com/spell.aspx?id=8088) and add it with /rabc cdadd 8088

Usage
/rabc tinticon on|off - Enable tinting of activated icon
/rabc chat on|off - Enable chat message alert
/rabc wsct on|off - Enable WSCT alert
/rabc wsctframe 1-3 - The WSCT frame to use for alert
/rabc tintcolor r,g,b (red=0-255, green=0-255, blue=0-255) - Color of activated icon
/rabc racolor r,g,b (red=0-255, green=0-255, blue=0-255) - Color of WSCT alert
/rabc cdcolor r,g,b (red=0-255, green=0-255, blue=0-255) - Color of cooldown WSCT alert
/rabc cdadd ID - Add notification for when a ability's cooldown is ended (ID is wardb.com spell ID, http://www.wardb.com/spell.aspx?id=8088 is the URL of Get Thee Behind Me! 8088 is the ID you want to use)
/rabc cdremove ID - Remove notification for when a ability's cooldown is ended (ID is wardb.com spell ID, http://www.wardb.com/spell.aspx?id=8088 is the URL of Get Thee Behind Me! 8088 is the ID you want to use)
/rabc cdlist - List all current cooldown notifications
/rabc cdremoveall - Remove all current cooldown notifications

Notes/Bugs/Issues

Dependencies
This addon requires LibSlash.
Warhammer Scrolling Combat Text is VERY recommended but it works without.
You do NOT need to have ActionBarColor installed.

Installation Guide
- Exit "Warhammer Online" completely
- Download the mod you want to install
- Make a folder on your desktop called "My Mods"
- Save the .zip/.rar files to this folder.
- If, when you try to download the file, it automatically "opens" it... you need to RIGHT click on the link and "save as..." or "Save Target As".
- Extract the file - commonly known as 'unzipping'
Do this ONE FILE AT A TIME!
- Windows
- Windows XP has a built in ZIP extractor. Double click on the file to open it, inside should be the file or folders needed. Copy these outside to the "My Mods" folder.
- WinRAR: Right click the file, select "Extract Here"
- WinZip: You MUST make sure the option to "Use Folder Names" is CHECKED or it will just extract the files and not make the proper folders how the Authors designed
- Verify your WAR Installation Path
That is where you are running WAR from and THAT is where you need to install your mods.
- Move to the Addon folder
- Open your Warhammer Online folder. (default is C:\Program Files\Warhammer Online\)
- Go into the "Interface" folder.
- Go into the "AddOns" folder.
- In a new window, open the "My Mods" folder.
- The "My Mods" folder should have the "Addonname" folder in it.
- Move the "Addonname" folder into the "AddOns" folder
- Start Warhammer Online
Translations
When you download a mod, please be sure that the mod is compatible with your translation of WAR. Some mods only work on the US versions, while some only work on some of the various European versions. These variations are called "Localizations".
