Added a GUI for some options. (All the ones I could do with checkboxes) Next version to have the other options in GUI too. Changed the range for setdelay again due to new 1 sec delay to alts and guildies. Can now set the delay anywhere between 0 and 21 secs.

Also implemented: Override recipient code Minimum Loot rarity option ( to not send low level loot, ie only green or above to your salvager alt)
