Changes
1. Complete rollup of the code, SmartAlert is now able to filter:
- Combat messages (like before)
- RvR flag status
- RvR messages
- Area changes (not zone changes)

2. Added a slashcommand /smartalert
/smartalert now provides a config UI where you can choose, what messages should be filtered and where you want to read them
