Now hides the default Quest Screen and now Shows/Hides Kwestor instead

v1 A couple of extra buttons to add extra control to State of Realm.

1st button allows you to toggle between Quests and State of Realm being shown 2nd button hides and shows both

It also automatically hides everything when in Scenarios.
