-Works with the latest patch 1.01
-Added /debug information to show what is being blocked, by what filter and which words.
-Added /sps counter to work just like /sps count. Some people were getting confused.
-Added /sps filters to work just like /sps filter. Some people were getting confused.
-Added the ability to add more then one word in the filtering process. use /sps help2 for more info.
-NOTE: Multiple word filtering requires manual input of words and is not automatic.
-Added a weight system to the multiple word filtering routines.
-Added a check for semicolons in the spam message before processing with the multiple word filter.
-Added a check to see if SpamMeNot is loaded. If it is, then it won't display double tells.
-Updated several routines for efficiency and accuracy.
-Added a check for ^ ~ ; - % / symbols and are removed before parsing.
