Preparing the way for release of QuickTacticSwitch, which expands this mod to other tactic types. This release will simply disable TomeTacticSwitch if QuickTacticSwitch is installed. If not, it will function as before.

Added enemy type so you can easily see which tactic goes to which mob.
Sort by name or enemy ascending or descending.
Fixed bug if you needed to scroll (though I don't think that's possible unless mythic add new tactic types).
If using keeptactic it will no longer attempt to keep the tactic if the abilities window is open, this allows you to change the tactic through the abilities window if desired.
