About War Effort
War Effort provides a quick and easy way to monitor the tier 4 campaign. War Effort displays the current zone status, the status of every unlocked keep in tier 4, and the % of victory points each side has for each unlocked tier 4 zone.
Currently War Effort will update the keep and zone status once every 5 seconds to ensure that this addon will not cause any extra lag or performance issues. Later releases will include the option to tweak this value.
How to Use
War Effort currently has no dependencies and requires no other addons. Simply install into your AddOns folder and launch the game. The window can be moved around by using the customize interface option.
Left click the small W button to hide the War Effort Window. Right click it to bring up a list of options.
Each Row represents one pairing Greenskin/Dwarf, Human/Choas, Elf/Dark Elf. Blue helmets are Order controlled zones, red fists are destruction controlled zones, and crossed swords are contested zones.
Unfortunately Warhammer does not always report the current or correct information back to each user in real time. For RvR information there is often a lag between when something happens (like a keep coming under attack) and when the Warhammer server will update your client. War Effort is not able to avoid this issue and sometimes keep status or other information may be out of sync with the actual game state. However War Effort will always be in sync with your World Map or other RvR Status mods.
---New Features---
New Options Anchor: War Effort now also has a small icon that can be attached to the War Effort Window or the minimap and will show/hide the War Effort Window or can be right clicked for additional options.
Show/Hide War Effort: War Effort can now be shown or hidden at will with a click of a button!
Show/Hide Zone information: You can now hide the Zone information for a more compact mode that only displays Victory Points and Keep Status
Expanded Keep information: The Keep tooltip will now also display Guild Ownership and keep status (Safe/Under Attack). Currently, due to the way Mythic reports keep status a keep is always 'lord under attack' or 'safe' instead of saying when just the walls are under attack. So for now the tooltip will only be able to tell you 'Safe' or 'Under Attack'.
---Fixed Bugs---
-Window is slightly smaller overall, spacing between campaign zones has been reduced to make the window more compact
-Fixed a display issue when one side locked down a zone
-Temporarily locked the window from being dragged, please use the customize Interface option to move the War Effort Window.
