Based from the original Waaaghbar found here: http://war.curse.com/downloads/war-ad.../waaaghbar.aspx All credit to those Authors who worked on it.
This is a modified version of WaaaghBar that added a lot of features and bug fixes. Since the original was not being maintained I decided to keep this one going as I use and like it.
history and previous revisions of this modification can be found on the clones of waaaghbar here: http://war.curseforge.com/projects/wa.../files/
It would be in good practice on your part to remove the old WaaaghBar(WaaghBar if you have the non-cloned version) folders if you have them. This will not overwrite them as it's a new folder name.
Other then folder name the same naming convention was followed from the original WaaaghBar. You should also keep in mind that any old WaaaghBar plugins that came with a predefined WaaaghBar folder as it's root will not be put in the proper place. You will need to manually put it in the WaaaghBarShockBar Folder.
If there is a legacy plugin that doesn't work with this that you would like and the original author is not responding leave a ticket on the project page( http://war.curseforge.com/projects/wb.../tickets/ ) in regards to it, and I will do my best to get a working copy up as soon as possible for you.
This version includes a Settings Window that all bars and plugins use to customize their appearance and a Tooltip Manager that some of the included plugins utilize to customize the look of their tooltips or what to show in them.
REQUIRES LIBSURVEYOR
Location plugin requires libsurveyor
http://war.curse.com/downloads/war-ad.../lib_surveyor.aspx
REQUIRES LIBSLASH
I don't mention slash commands but they are still there for legacy. Also some of the older waaaghbar plugins utilize them still.

Standard Plugins
System
A basic clock module that can be switched between 12 and 24 hour format, as well as show seconds or not. These settings are set through the context menu accessed by right clicking the plugin.
Money
Shows how much money you have in gold, silver, brass. Tooltip shows Avg. money per hour you've made this session. No settings currently able to be set directly.
Displays your frames per second, able to switch update speed VIA right click context menu. Options are every tick, 1 second, 5 seconds, and 10 seconds.
Social
Displays a count of your current friends and guild members online. Tooltip will display their names as well as class icon, rank, and location. Right-click guild will open social menu, right click friends will open up a friends tooltip window that you can use to add friends. It's a premade window in War I just never seen it.
Location
Will display your current zone and location on the bar, also adds player position to the wolrd map. Is able to set the percision of both independently between the following: #####, ##.##, ##.#, ##. Also able to hide zone in bar. All these settings accessed via right click context menu.
XpRp
Displays your current experience and renown on the bar. Both have a dim progress bar on the background of them. Both bars are able to show in thousands or whole number, as well as display current rank in label or not, and also percent to next level. example of label text is: L 21: 63201/213990(29.53%). Xp and Rp elements are both able to be hid independently. Tooltip for XP tracks Per session gained, how much to next level, xp per hour, estimation of how long to level up, and reported Rested XP(sometimes the game doesn't report it all at first). The Renown tooltip displays the same except no rested. Both are able to be reset. Can also change between updating tooltip constantly while displayed or only once per mouseover. All settings mentioned are again accessed VIA right click context menu.
Settings Window
Accessed via right click any of the bars, select settingsm then Show Settings Window. Provides a point and click interface to select and edit plugins based on selections of comboboxes and edit boxes. allows you to easily(hopefully) configure the entire look of the plugins through changes of text color, font, text alignment, as well as plugin alignment.
Also provides access to advanced bar settings. Allows you to create new bars on the fly, change opacity, tint, and width of bars. Also allows you to send selected plugin to whichever bar you want by simply clicking a plugin then clicking the bar you want it to go to and simply clicking the send button. Provides access to toggling icons on or off. And some other features as well.
'Keep in mind many settings elements respond to button combinations'
If you use your mousewheel while hovering over an editbox it will increment or decrement the box. By pressing ctrl, shft or any combination of the two will increase the speed. Alt has become the Uniform button. Meaning when you mousewheel while holding alt all boxes in the group respond the same.
Toggle Icon button responds to ctrl alt shift click as well. ctrl+click will turn all of currently selected plugin bar's icons off(meaning every icon on that bar will be hidden), ctrl+shft+click will turn them all on. shft+click will toggle them individually(icons off will turn on and vice versa). Just clicking will toggle the currently selected plugin icons. Holding Alt with the above mentioned combinations will do the same as above for every bar, with the exception of just alt clicking which behaves as a unmodified click does.
TT Manager
Provides access to changing the look of the tooltips on some of the plugins. Only two currently support it. The money plugin as well as the XpRp plugin. click on of the elements and it will populate the T Tip combobox with the name of the available tooltips entires. The two radio buttons are for what piece of the tooltip to change. Edit Label edits the column on the left(label as I call it) and the edit output will allow you to change the look of the output text(the stuff that changes, the second column) The show in tooltip check box will let you decide whether to show that tooltip entry in the tooltip or not.
Other Info
You are able to right click any bar to lock/unlock it's position then click drag it anywhere you want. In order to remove a bar right click the bar in question and use the "Remove This Bar" menu option It will open up a submenu saying no turning back, click that to remove it. This is to try to curb the accidental removal of bars. You can also quickly dock a bar to the top or bottom(although it will dock on top of another if it's already there, but you can just slide it out of the way after). There is also a Save Plugin Settings option. I suggest clicking this to ensure your settings were saved. Everytime you open and then close the settings window it will save them, but that doesn't account for moving your bars around. Locking/unlocking should save them as well. but just click this to ensure it to save yourself some headache. Can show/hide the rvr flag independently on each bar if so inclined. New bars default to hidden rvr flag.
There is also a Somethings Broken Menu. This will populate itself when there is a problem detected. Like you hid both RP and Xp elements. Since you can no longer click them this gives you a quick way to pull them back from beyond. Also detects if you happen to remove a bar with plugins on it. If you happen to do that, go to this menu and click the Lost Plugin entry and it will pop open a lost plugins window that will allow you to move the plugins to whichever bar you may still have up.
In case you sized a bar to small there is a combobox in the settings window underneath the selected bar that should contain all the current bars. This will allow you to select an otherwise unselectable bar to modify it to hopefully make it clickable. The ID button will flash the entire bar 5 times to help you spot it to make sure it's the proper bar. Select button will make that bar your current bar selection. One thing to note, when you remove a bar when the settings window is up, that bar will remain in the list. If you close and reopen it agin be properly filled by only available bars.
I'm sure there are lots more, but I can't recall it all off the top of my head...
