Warchief:
The guild leader who makes all the decisions(with consideration of the members and officers) he organizes the raids and such. As far as things are now he will be the Raid Leader as well.

Champion Scrappa:
Champion Scrappa is who takes the Warchiefs spot when he is absent. He is the Co-Leader.

Gladiator Scrappa:
They are the officers, the current number we have planned right now is 5. This group keeps the guild in order, deals with certain situations and helps the Warchief make decisions.

Raid Schedule: 7:00-11 :15 4 times a week exact days will be voted on by the members closer to release.

Cringe is a Destruction US hardcore RvR/PvE guild that is going to hit Warhammer online like a freight train, we are going to prepared so we hit the ground running. Cringe is not your average guild, we strive to be the best on the server and be known by everyone on the server, if not others. The base of the guild is 5 real life friends that have played many MMO���s, running many hardcore guilds. Our most successful guild was on World of Warcraft and was 276 in the world (That means Illidan down) until we decided (members as well) to break up when many members quit World of Warcraft. So the recruitment will be tight.

This guild will be made of 40-50(6 officers) close knit active members that love having some fun. This guild isn���t for the average joe and not the casual or semi good player, it requires of you to be the best at all times. In this guild our leaders believe that members are the most important part of the guild, without members there cannot be a guild, without leaders you can still hold your own can���t you? As a hardcore raiding guild our main goal will be to conquer every part and aspect of Warhammer Online. Some things a hardcore guild requires of you:

-Studying for boss fights.

-Farming for guild materials.

-Being able to take criticism to improve your game play.

-Being active 30+ hours a week close to a part time job.

-Being able to work well in a group while having fun (Shouldn���t be a problem in Warhammer)

- Being able to listen to orders.

Some of our rules are:

-Being active before release in the forums is a MUST.

-All of EAMythics rules are first if someone ever disrespects a game master or hacks or any of that will be booted from the guild. Remember even a initiate can alter our guilds respect from others in the game.

-Do not disrespect the order, even though they are the order and were sworn to kill them they���re gamers just trying to have fun like us.

-You are ALWAYS holding the guild name Cringe above your head even out of organized raids we will figure out if you���ve done something disrespectful or against the rules.

-Stay out of general chat arguments and keep TeamSpeak and raid chat clear (you can talk and have fun but there is a limit when you cant say anything without being heard ��� )

Last and most important rule is HAVE FUN. While causing some mayhem!
