for some reason i paid for a premium account and now i am unable to backup my addon settings. when i click the button it just says "your addon settings could not be backed up". anyone have any suggestions?

If you just got Premium recently, then do one of the following, depending on your current settings:

• Log into the client (first menu, I believe)

Or

• Log out, then back into the client

If that still doesn't work, please write back.

first, thank you for your time. I have tried to log out and i also tried restarting the entire program. still same problem.

Preferbly please use the in-client reporting functionality for reporting bugs.  It provides the developers a lot more information opposed to just creating a ticket.
