I find the customer service to be Horrible. The only thing I see every day is Bots and Gold spam from private store, You make a message all can see what you are selling these gold spammers and bots going for few weeks now same name, same company. You can not move in areas to quest with out bumping into bots. Sometimes in areas you cant even complete quest.
The funny thing is I only see one gold selling company now aigame are somthing, NCSOFT Does not have there hands in the gold selling and power leveling bots, signs are all over this and Ncsoft is know for this. My rating of this game is 5 out of 10. I bet in time NCSOFT will sell you gear Micro-tranaction. Big mistake buying a Korean game I can see this now.
This game has alot of grinding mindless Grinding 4 to 6 levels on the same mob over and over and over for many areas of leveling.
Gms in game what a joke never seen one ,As I understand it lucky there is a moderator on the forums sometimes. I put a petition in game over a month still has not been answered even after multiple times put in , Also friend sent one in on his charactor with my name and problem no answer . Customer Service is horrible. No communication between player base they patch good luck find out what they did.
I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS GAME TO ANY ONE... Good luck if you allready Bought it!
Its like they release game with no one Driving serious Horrible

That is why we call bots here in our country "Game Killers" because it kills everything including the game itself.

welcome to the world of MMOs.
seriously tho, thanks for the warning. sadly tho, a lot of MMOs released today are really made just for profit so very little is put into the maintenance of these games. so customer support is almost always lacking. even big name games like WoW still get flak for their customer support.

but it's kinda weird, I mean couldn't they just hire few people as bot-hunters, like gm who's only purpose is to fly around and look for boot-like behavior and then whisper the player to check, i mean usually it's so easy to tell bots from real players, and such huge companies that publish mmos like wow and aion could really spare 2 or 3 gamemaster-bothunters per server... it really wouldn't kill them financially i think, and it would pretty much solve the bot problem right? And by solving the bot problem you solved like 90% of the gold selling problem since they wont have any gold to sell without bots.

Can they spare a few gm's? Really they don't seem to answer our ingame calls so they must be VERY busy! lol ya right they are afk just sitting there waiting to get a pay check! WOW 4 years ago used to have great customer service and all my problems got fixed right away. Now your lucky to even get to talk to any one with in a weeks worth of opening ticket after ticket ever hour! Gold spam in Aion make it impossible to talk with your friends well playing so it didnt last long... free month was great, game was fun, but I do like to play games with my friends! Even with vent it took away from the game greatly we just stopped playing Aion after the free month.
