the quest helper bar that show the quest is in the middle of the screen and i can seem to move can someone tell me how to fix it as soon as possible

Are you getting any errors? Try looking at "/qh error" (without the quotes) and see if you get anything. Also, from the QuestHelper add-on page FAQ : 

"If it just doesn't work, "/qh hardreset" will reset all your accumulated data and preferences, hopefully getting rid of weird problems. If you still can't see the quest tracker, "/qh treset" will try to force it into a visible position on your screen, with "/qh treset center" jamming it into the center of your screen. If you're not seeing quests at all, even on your main map, "/qh hidden" will tell you why and let you change it. The combination of these three fixes ''most'' problems."

If you are talking about the Quest Tracker, which tracks all your quests as they come up, etc, it can be minimized into an opaque grey box which is very small but draggable.

i have done it but nothing happens

my quest helper is now showing where the quests are I have them in read but am not getting any sign can you help me
