    Hi, i started a conversion yesterday. Today the conversation notifier (the number in brackets beneath the letter icon on top right of every page) shows 1. So i assume i've got either a reply or an new conversation. But i don't get one or the other displayed when i click the letter icon to see all my conversations or by viewing the conversation
